About The Packages:

Fitzwater Law is generously offering TWO amazing trust packages to raffle off as a fundraiser for FACT Oregon

The Revocable Living Trust with Special Needs Trust Package is the ultimate estate plan to avoid probate, minimize estate taxes and plan for your child with special needs. This package includes the trust agreement, special needs trust, pour over will(s), power(s) of attorney, advance directive(s), certification of trust, and deed(s), if necessary, as well as advice regarding transferring assets and naming beneficiaries.

Each trust package has a Fair Market Value of $6,000-6,500.

Raffle Rules and Process:

You must be an Oregon resident 18+ to participate.
Only 100 tickets total will be sold. Only one prize per person. Buy more tickets to improve your odds!
Raffle drawings will be held on April 16, 2026 starting at 3:00 PM.

All tickets sold (max 100) will be entered into the first drawing using RandomPicker, with every ticket having an equal chance to win.
After the first winner is identified, we will eliminate any additional tickets that person bought for the second drawing.
The second drawing winner will be pulled from the remaining tickets with RandomPicker.
Both winners will be notified by email and the certified drawing results posted here.
