Two women smile at the camera while holding their hands up by their chins: Dr. Julie Causton and Dr. Kristie Prett-Frontczak

Dr. Julie Causton (by Christy Reese)
I am thrilled to announce that Dr. Julie Causton from Inclusive Schooling will be a keynote speaker at Unlocking Potential in Special Education! Dr. Causton is a leader in inclusive education and has helped schools and families create classrooms where all students feel like they belong and can succeed.

Her book, The Paraprofessional's Handbook for Effective Support in Inclusive Classrooms, made a huge difference for my family. After I shared it with my son’s school team, everything changed. They started using new ways to support him, and he began to thrive like never before. It showed me how powerful the right tools and mindset can be for creating real inclusion.

Dr. Causton will share ideas and strategies that you can use right away—whether you’re a parent, a teacher, or someone who works with students with disabilities. Her approach is inspiring, practical, and focused on making schools better for everyone.

Dr. Kristie Pretti-Frontczak
We’re also excited to welcome Dr. Kristie Pretti-Frontczak as a keynote speaker at Unlocking Potential in Special Education! Dr. Pretti-Frontczak is a passionate leader in early childhood education and inclusion. She works closely with Dr. Julie Causton, and together they’ve inspired families and educators across the country to embrace practices that support every child’s growth and success.

Dr. Pretti-Frontczak is known for helping educators create classrooms where children feel safe, valued, and ready to learn. She has a gift for taking big ideas about inclusion and turning them into simple, practical strategies. This is a great opportunity to learn how we can work together to create environments where every child, no matter their abilities, can thrive. Don’t miss the chance to hear from Dr. Pretti-Frontczak and leave feeling inspired and ready to make a difference!
