Family Informational Sessions with Oregon Developmental Disabilities Services

The Oregon Consortium of Family Networks (OCFN), of which FACT Oregon is a member, is teaming up with the Oregon Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) to share information with families about developmental disabilities services in Oregon, especially about the Oregon Needs Assessment and recent changes in-home service hours and what families can do. We will discuss:

• The Oregon Needs Assessment (ONA)

• ONA Service Groups and in-home service hours

• How to request exceptions

• Your rights when you disagree

• Resources

• Tuesday, October 14, 12:00-1:30 PM

• Wednesday, October 15, 6:00-7:00 PM.

• Sessions are in English with Spanish interpretation.
