    Alison Holley, Director of Analytics and Operations

    Alison Holley oversees FACT Oregon’s data-driven initiatives and operational efficiency. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus on early childhood development and she brings experience in process improvement and data analysis to enhance organizational impact. Her firsthand experience navigating education systems informs her work in ensuring families have access to reliable support and resources. Alison is a parent of two school-aged children, one of whom experiences autism and epilepsy.

    Amy Geoffroy, Director of Communication and Impact

    Amy Geoffroy drives brand and voice, core messaging, and fund development efforts to help ensure sustainable growth and measurable impact. With bachelor’s and master’s degrees, Amy’s 20-year background in nonprofit management includes fundraising, grants management, and communications. She serves on the governor-appointed State Rehabilitation Council and several advisory boards. Amy is parent to a young adult daughter with an intellectual disability.

    Ann Carrick, Communications Specialist

    Ann Carrick specializes in communications for FACT Oregon. She has worked for over a decade in communications, programming, and research in human services, including in the disability space. She holds an M.A. in Positive Health Psychology and has focused on wellbeing across the lifespan for individuals with disabilities and their families. She is also certified in autism strategies for young adults through the Ohio Center for Autism and Low Incidence (OCALI). With a brother on the autism spectrum, Ann is passionate about building and advocating for resources for and with the disability community.

    Britania Vazquez, Bilingual Program Specialist

    Britania Vazquez provides support, outreach, and training to families across Oregon, ensuring that families have access to information in the language and format that meets their needs. She is a DaSy Family Data Leader and trainer and serves on the State Interagency Coordinating Council and the ODE Dispute Resolution Committee. A parent of a child who experiences autism, Britania is passionate about helping families, especially her Latino/Hispanic community to navigate services with confidence and clarity.

    Christy Reese, Executive Director

    Christy Reese provides leadership and direction to all aspects of FACT Oregon, overseeing strategic planning, operations, and partnerships with key stakeholders. Since joining FACT Oregon in 2007, she has been instrumental in expanding FACT’s reach across the state and region. Christy brings 20+ years of experience in finance, nonprofit administration, and human resources to her role, She is an Oregon Partners in Policymaking graduate and serves on several advisory committees and collaboratives to advance opportunities for families and disability equity She is also a parent of a young adult with disabilities, which informs her commitment to this work.

    Diane Scottaline, Program Manager

    As Program Manager, Diane oversees and supports program staff, fostering communication, accountability, and high-quality service delivery. Diane first discovered her purpose among people with IDD in a practicum at Palm Beach Atlantic University where she earned a BS in Psychology and Counseling. Her path forward included teaching her own children, gaining Waldorf training and teaching experience, tutoring at a local high school, and becoming a job coach for people with IDD. Diane comes to FACT with 12 years of nonprofit management experience and a desire to advocate together with individuals and their families.

    Heather Carleton, Support Specialist

    Heather is dedicated to providing families with the tools they need to navigate disability-related services in communities throughout Oregon. She has a passion for connecting families with resources, providing information in the format that works for them, and empowering families to advocate for their children. Heather is a parent of two youth experiencing disability and serves on the Children’s Services Advisory Group for Oregon’s Office of Developmental Disabilities Services.

    Heather Olivier, Deputy Director

    Heather Olivier leads FACT Oregon's program development, ensuring high-quality training and support services for families. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education and has dedicated her career to supporting welcoming practices in schools and communities. Heather is a Partners in Policymaking graduate, a parent of a young adult with autism, an aRPy Ambassador, and she serves on several statewide councils and initiatives, including Oregon’s State Advisory Council for Special Education and the Children’s Agenda Steering Committee.

    Jeremy Shockley, Data Systems Coordinator

    Jeremy supports operations through data entry and systems administration. He brings 15 years of nonprofit experience and coursework in computer information systems to his role. Jeremy is a parent of a 2024 graduate who experiences a rare genetic disorder, and it was the advocacy tools he first encountered through FACT Oregon during her grade school years that ultimately brought him to this work. He is deeply committed to the organization's mission and to the families it serves.

    Karen Trombley, Support Specialist

    Karen grew up in Michigan and attended the University of Wyoming. She was a park ranger for Oregon State Parks for 13 years before staying home to care for her amazing children, one of which experiences autism with significant support needs. Karen has navigated the disability world since her son, now a teenager, was diagnosed with autism at 24 months old. Karen's passion is the outdoors and encouraging people of all abilities to get outside, engage and play in the natural beauty of Oregon.

    Molly Cermak, Support Supervisor

    Molly oversees support line processes and provides direct support to families through FACT Oregon’s support line and training programs. Molly is a graduate of the Oregon Partners in Policymaking program and has extensive experience in family advocacy. She brings deep personal insight into the challenges and triumphs of navigating educational and community resources. Molly is a parent of two young children who both receive special education services, as well as a young adult with Down syndrome who would be in his early twenties.

    Maria Rangel, Bilingual Program Specialist

    Maria offers support, outreach, and training to families, drawing from her lived experience as a parent and advocate. She is committed to ensuring that all families have the information in the language and format they need to make informed decisions. Maria is a parent of a young adult with disabilities, serves on several committees and councils, including the Oregon Council on Developmental Disabilities and has significant experience in family support, making her a trusted voice within the community.

    Whitnie Trost, Senior Support Specialist

    Whitnie Trost offers personalized guidance to families through her work at FACT Oregon. She is a graduate of the Oregon Partners in Policymaking program and her advocacy efforts span multiple community initiatives. A certified Person-Centered Plan facilitator and Statewide Advisory Council member, Whitnie is dedicated to helping families create a clear vision for their future and access the tools they need to succeed. She brings a compassionate and relatable approach to supporting others. She is a parent of six adult children, including a son with Down syndrome and autism.
