Families of Children with Disabilities Ages 0-8: We Want To Hear from YOU!

Please join FACT Oregon and the Division for Early Childhood for an open conversation between families and early childhood professionals about supports and services in IDEA Part C (Birth-3) and Part B 619 (preschool). Bring your questions, concerns, and ideas so we can move towards high quality inclusive services in early childhood education, delivered by highly qualified professionals in full partnership with families.

This Parent Professional Listening Session is IN-PERSON as a supplemental session for DEC2025: Division for Early Childhood's 41st Annual International Conference on Young Children with Disabilities and Their Families, which is happening in Portland at the Oregon Convention Center October 7-10, 2025.

This year’s conference brings together individuals from around the world to share insights, innovative practices, and the latest research focused on early intervention, early childhood special education, and inclusive practices. With a range of engaging sessions, dynamic workshops, and collaborative networking opportunities, attendees will gain valuable tools and inspiration to foster growth, inclusivity, and success in young children with disabilities.

Families of children with disabilities 0-8 can get attend free by applying for a waiver and then completing a conference registration.
