From Struggle to Support and Connection

When Big Feelings Show Up, Parents Can Show the Way!

Children’s outbursts are not signs of failure—they are signals. With the right tools, parents can turn tough moments into chances for learning, trust, and growth.

By noticing, rethinking, and responding with care, parents can turn meltdowns into times that build emotional skills, ease power struggles, and strengthen family bonds.
