Program Manager
Position Title: Program Manager
Classification: Exempt, full-time
Reports To: Deputy Director
Supervises: Program staff, including the Support Supervisor, Program Specialists, and Support Specialists
Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000. The specific starting salary will be determined based on the employee’s qualifications and work location.
Location: FACT is a remote-first organization, so we do not require anyone to be on-site regularly in our Portland administration office. The administrative office is set up if working in that location is preferred. When in-person attendance is necessary, ample notice is provided.

FACT Oregon is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across our program model. Reporting to the Deputy Director, this role bridges organizational leadership and program teams to ensure programs are aligned, well-managed, and consistently delivered to meet goals and contract requirements.
The Program Manager oversees and supports program staff—including the Support Supervisor, Program Specialists, and Support Specialists—fostering communication, accountability, and service excellence. This is a hands-on role that may include direct support, training facilitation, resource development, and public engagement to ensure continuity and success.
