You are invited to the 2026 Early Childhood Conference—a friendly, supportive space to learn about the key steps, services, and rights that help children thrive from birth through the early school years. Whether you're preparing for new transitions or looking for everyday ideas to support your child, you’ll find clear guidance, real conversations, and practical tools you can use right away.

  • Learn simple ways to support a smooth, well‑coordinated transition from ECSE into kindergarten.

  • Understand how teams choose supportive learning environments and what inclusion looks like in early childhood.

  • Get a clear overview of timelines, evaluations, and what to expect as children move from EI to ECSE at age three.

  • Learn the basics of ADA rights that help children access services and community opportunities now and in the future.

  • Discover simple, evidence‑based ways families can partner with teams and advocate for their child’s needs.

  • Explore how strong, culturally responsive family partnerships help create inclusive early learning experiences.

  • Learn how daily routines and relationships can support communication, independence, and learning.

  • Look! Think! Act! Learn how to understand and use data to advocate for young children.

An early childhood caregiver or teacher leads children in a music group. Children sit in a cirlce and hold percussion instruments.

Event Schedule

Several trainings are offered during each session period. Open each session (+) to see all offerings. Sessions are in English with simultaneous Spanish interpretation unless otherwise noted.

  • Join for an introduction and keynote from Dr. Jackie Joseph, an early childhood researcher and educator at the University of Denver and parent of two young children, including one with a rare genetic syndrome.
