Panelists from Oregon Department of Education and Vocational Rehabilitation will be joining us for this discussion!  

This webinar discusses the importance of self determination, presuming competence and why setting a vision and trajectory are important in transition planning. Expert panelists including Transition Network Facilitators, Oregon Department of Education, and Vocational Rehabilitation, will share information about transition planning during the COVID-19 pandemic.
