FACT PTI Help Line

FACT PTI staff is available to answer questions, provide assistance with special educational concerns, and support families preparation for IEP meetings. You can call the IEP Help Line 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If staff is not available to take the call, please leave your name, phone number, and information about your question or support need. A FACT staff person will return your call within one business day. If there is a preferred time of day to reach you (daytime, evening, weekend), we encourage you to let us know. Every effort will be made to reach you at that time.
