Mini-grants
Have an idea that will benefit families who have children with developmental disabilities? Need the funds to make it happen? FACT (Family and Community Together) has mini grant funding available to support innovative partnerships, emerging parent groups, and projects that reach diverse and/or underserved communities in Clackamas, Multnomah and/or Washington Counties.
Examples include:
- Providing language support to families who speak a language other than English
- Coordinating a support network for Grandparents
- Partnering with a community group or agency (such as Parks and Recreation) to remove barriers to participation for all community members
Mini-grant Guidelines
- Mini-grants are awarded to community entities/groups who offer family support activities for families with children experiencing developmental disabilities in diverse and underserved communities.
- Recognize FACT Family Center support by displaying the FACT logo on published materials of the project (letterheads, flyers, announcements, brochures, etc).
- Upon completion of the project recipients must submit a final accounting of the budget, including receipts, and a summary report on implementation.
