Multnomah County

The Department of Human Services/Seniors and People with Disabilities contracts with each County to provide a variety of services to individuals with developmental disabilities, through local Community Developmental Disabilities Programs (CDDPs).  The CDDP provides service coordination and serves as the "gateway" to developmental disability services.  To access  the Multnomah County Developmental Disability Program,  call the County Developmental Disabilities Services Division INTAKE line at 503.988.6299.
