Luz Rivera is Director of Juntos Podemos/Together We Can Family Center based in Salem, Oregon. As the Director of this family center, Ms. Rivera is responsible for the administrative management of this social service initiative serving families who have children with developmental disabilities. She has a strong commitment to strengthening families, empowering self-advocates and community collaboration. Ms. Rivera has extensive experience in non-profit management, public-speaking and facilitation, cultural competency/diversity and is a licensed psychotherapist.
