Vicki Schneider is the Associate Director for the Oregon Parent and Training Information Center (OrPTI). Vicki has worked for OrPTI for over 21 years. She is married to Hans and they have two daughters in college, Roni and Heather. Their youngest daughter has a health impairment. They make their home in Keizer, Oregon.
