United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Oregon and SW Washington offers direct program service, information, and advocacy for people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities throughout our region. Since 1955 UCP has provided opportunity and support for people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities in the community. We are committed to creating innovative services and desegregated support for our constituents.
