We Believe:

People with developmental disabilities have the right to live in and be part of their community.
Full inclusion should be a reality not a dream.
Families with children with developmental disabilities should get the supports they need to maintain a healthy family.
People who work with individuals with developmental disabilities should earn a living wage and receive the training they need.

Family and Community Together (FACT) is a family leadership organization for individuals and their families experiencing disability, working collaboratively to facilitate positive change in policies, systems and attitudes, through family support, advocacy and partnerships.
